These Responsible Use Terms apply to your use of the website zunge.online (the "Website") and the online learning platform operated by Zunge Online LTD ("Zunge", "we", "us" or "our"). These Responsible Use Terms are intended to protect the security, integrity and educational purpose of the Website and our services. They do not replace our Business Terms, Privacy Notice or Cookie Policy.

These Responsible Use Terms apply when you:

  • access or use the Website;
  • create or use an account;
  • access self-study learning materials;
  • complete tests, exercises, forms or assessments;
  • submit text answers through our Website;
  • upload sound files where this function is made available to you;
  • use Website-based text communication where this function is made available to you;
  • communicate with us by email, Telegram or other approved support channels;
  • interact with our external social media profiles or linked third-party platforms.

Our courses are provided primarily as self-study online learning materials. We do not provide live lessons through the Website. Premium paid versions of the course include teacher-reviewed pronunciation assessment and Website-based text communication to eligible users only for the educational or support purposes described on the Website. The Website does not provide user-to-user messaging.

You may use the paid learning services only if you are at least 12 years old.

If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must complete or authorise your registration and use of the Website. Your parent or legal guardian is responsible for ensuring that your use of the Website is appropriate and supervised where necessary.

If you are under 12, you must not create an account, purchase access, use the paid learning services, or submit personal data through the Website.

We may request confirmation of parental authorisation. If we cannot verify that the required authorisation exists, we may restrict, suspend or close the account, and may delete or restrict access to relevant data in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

We take the safety and protection of minors seriously. Users under 18 must use the Website and learning services only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where appropriate.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising the use of the Website by minors and for ensuring that minors use the Website only in accordance with these Responsible Use Terms.

We do not provide user-to-user messaging. Where Website-based text communication or pronunciation assessment is available, it must be used only for course-related learning, support or assessment purposes.

If we become aware of conduct that may create a safeguarding risk, harm a minor, exploit a minor, or involve unlawful content or communications, we may restrict access, suspend or close the relevant account, remove or restrict content, refuse to assess submitted materials, preserve relevant information, and report the matter to competent authorities or other appropriate organisations where necessary.

If you are a minor and you feel unsafe, uncomfortable or pressured in connection with the Website or any related communication channel, you should stop the communication and ask a parent or legal guardian for help. You or your parent/legal guardian may also contact us at support@zunge.online.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or using the Website. You must not impersonate another person or create an account using another person's email address or identity.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your account with another person, allow another person to use your account, or use another person's account.

You must notify us promptly if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

We may use security measures such as email verification, anti-forgery protection, bot protection and other technical safeguards to protect accounts and the Website.

You must use the Website for lawful and educational purposes only.

You must not use the Website in a way that:

  • disrupts the learning platform or its intended operation;
  • interferes with another person's use of the Website;
  • misuses tests, exercises, placement tools or course results;
  • creates a security, legal, technical or reputational risk for us or other users;
  • violates these Responsible Use Terms, applicable law, or the rights of another person.

You are responsible for the answers and information you submit through the Website.

The Website may allow you to submit text answers through standard forms, such as test answers, exercise responses, self-assessments or placement-related inputs.

Where the Website makes this function available to you, you may also upload sound files for teacher-reviewed pronunciation assessment.

You must not submit content that is:

  • unlawful, abusive, threatening, harassing or defamatory;
  • discriminatory or hateful;
  • sexually explicit or inappropriate for a learning environment;
  • exploitative, harmful or unsafe for minors;
  • infringing of intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • spam, malware, malicious code or deceptive content;
  • unrelated to the course, assessment or form in which it is submitted.

You may upload only the types of content for which the Website expressly provides a function. Unless a specific function is made available to you, you must not upload or attempt to submit files, images, audio, video or other content types.

If you upload a sound file for pronunciation assessment, you must upload only your own voice, or the voice of a minor for whom you are the parent or legal guardian or whose use of the service you have authorised. You must not upload recordings of another person without permission.

Sound files must be submitted only for pronunciation assessment and language-learning purposes. You must not upload audio that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, harmful to minors, infringing, deceptive, malicious or unrelated to the course.

You should not include sensitive personal data in text submissions, sound files or messages unless it is necessary for your learning or support request.

We may remove, restrict or refuse to process user submissions, including text answers and sound files, that breach these Responsible Use Terms or create legal, security or safeguarding concerns.

Tests, exercises and assessments on the Website are graded automatically. Results are based on the answers submitted through the Website and the automated rules applied by the learning platform.

You must not:

  • impersonate another person in a test, exercise or assessment;
  • submit answers on behalf of another user without authorisation;
  • manipulate, interfere with or attempt to reverse-engineer grading logic;
  • exploit technical errors to obtain inaccurate results;
  • falsify, alter or misuse course results or certificates;
  • represent a course completion certificate as an official, state-recognised or externally accredited qualification unless we expressly state that it has that status.

We do not prohibit the use of dictionaries, grammar tools, translation tools, assistive technologies or AI tools for learning purposes, unless a specific test, exercise or instruction states otherwise. You remain responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of any answer you submit.

All course materials, exercises, tests, texts, explanations, graphics, layouts, software, databases and other content made available through the Website are owned by us or our licensors, unless stated otherwise.

Course materials are provided for your personal learning use only.

You must not, without our prior written permission:

  • copy, reproduce, download, scrape, record, screenshot, extract or store course materials outside the Website;
  • share, publish, sell, rent, license, distribute or make course materials available to others;
  • use course materials to create competing services, teaching products, datasets, training materials or automated tools;
  • remove copyright notices, technical protections or access restrictions;
  • use another person's account to access course materials.

Access to course materials is provided through the Website only. Downloading course materials is not permitted unless we expressly make a download function available for specific materials.

The Website may provide text communication with us, teachers or support personnel where this feature is included in your course or subscription. The Website does not provide user-to-user messaging. Communications with us may also take place through approved channels such as email or Telegram support.

Website-based text communication must be used only for course-related questions, pronunciation assessment, learning support, technical support, account support or other legitimate service-related purposes.

You must communicate respectfully and lawfully with our team, teachers and support personnel. You must not send messages that are abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexually explicit, exploitative, fraudulent, spam-like, unlawful or unrelated to the support request or learning purpose.

Telegram is an optional external communication channel. If you contact us through Telegram, your use of Telegram is also subject to Telegram's own terms and privacy rules. If you do not wish to use Telegram, you may contact us by email or another contact method offered by us.

You should not send sensitive personal data through the Website communication tools, email or Telegram unless it is necessary for your learning or support request. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian should assist with communications involving account access, payment, cancellation, complaints, safeguarding concerns or personal data rights. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian should supervise communications where appropriate.

Our Website may contain ordinary links to our social media profiles or external platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Telegram.

If you click an external link, you leave our Website and the relevant third-party service may apply its own terms, privacy notice, cookie policy and community rules.

You must not misuse our social media profiles or external communication channels to harass others, impersonate us or another person, post unlawful content, misrepresent course results, or make misleading statements about our services.

You must not misuse the Website, its accounts, forms, learning tools, security measures or underlying systems.

Prohibited technical conduct includes:

  • attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems, data or networks;
  • bypassing login, email verification, access controls, bot protection or other security measures;
  • interfering with anti-fraud, anti-forgery protections or other anti-abuse tools;
  • using bots, crawlers, scrapers, automated scripts or bulk-access tools without our prior written permission;
  • probing, scanning or testing vulnerabilities without authorisation;
  • overloading, flooding, disrupting or impairing the Website;
  • introducing malware, malicious code, spyware, ransomware or harmful files;
  • attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, copy or extract the Website software, databases or platform logic;
  • using the Website to send spam, phishing messages or fraudulent communications;
  • misusing upload or communication functions to submit harmful, unlawful, irrelevant, excessive or automated content.

We may monitor technical activity on the Website to protect security, prevent abuse and enforce these Responsible Use Terms, in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

You must not use the Website or our communication channels to:

  • break any applicable law or regulation;
  • infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity or contractual rights;
  • harass, threaten, bully, exploit or harm another person;
  • engage in conduct that is unsafe for minors;
  • submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;

  • interfere with the Website, its security, its grading tools or its educational purpose;
  • resell, sublicense or commercially exploit access to the Website or course materials;
  • attempt to obtain refunds, access, certificates or benefits through fraud, technical manipulation or false statements.

You must not use the Website, text communication tools, sound-file upload functions, email, Telegram or social media channels to send or request content that is unsafe, abusive, sexually explicit, exploitative, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful, or unrelated to the learning service.

If we reasonably believe that you have breached these Responsible Use Terms, created a security or safeguarding risk, or misused the Website, we may take one or more of the following actions, depending on the seriousness of the issue:

  • issue a warning;
  • request corrective action;
  • remove, restrict or refuse to process submitted content;
  • restrict access to specific features;
  • suspend your account;
  • close your account;
  • refuse to issue, or revoke, a course completion certificate or result where misuse, cheating or manipulation is involved;
  • refuse to assess, remove or restrict access to sound files, text submissions or Website messages that breach these Responsible Use Terms;
  • block technical access where necessary to protect the Website;
  • preserve relevant information where necessary for investigation, legal claims or compliance;
  • report serious unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or safeguarding-related conduct to competent authorities, regulators, payment providers, platform operators or professional advisers where appropriate.

Where reasonably possible, we will take proportionate action and consider the nature of the breach, the risk created, whether the user is a minor, whether the breach was intentional, and whether remedial steps are possible.

If you become aware of misuse of the Website, unauthorised account access, abusive communications, unsafe conduct involving a minor, intellectual property misuse, security vulnerabilities, or other concerns, please contact us at:

If the issue involves a minor, a parent or legal guardian should contact us where possible.

We may update these Responsible Use Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to our Website, learning platform, security measures, communication channels or legal requirements.
